OVERVIEW

This website is operated by RKD Sports LLC under the ICEFORGE brand. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RKD Sports LLC / ICEFORGE.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe ICEFORGE products accurately. Product appearance, color, weight, dimensions, and other characteristics may have minor variations due to manufacturing processes.

Product availability and quantities may change without notice.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or payment issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees may be calculated at checkout.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and payment information.

SHIPPING

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, destination, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Hockey sticks that have been cut, shortened, extended, taped, used on or off the ice, or otherwise modified cannot be returned unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

PRODUCT USE

Hockey is a physical sport. Customers are responsible for using ICEFORGE products appropriately and inspecting equipment before use.

Do not use a product that appears cracked, damaged, structurally compromised, or otherwise unsafe.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ICEFORGE name, branding, logos, product graphics, website content, photographs, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, transmission of malicious code, interference with website security, or other prohibited activities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RKD Sports LLC and ICEFORGE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
